This toolkit provides end-to-end support, covering every stage from initial planning to result dissemination and overall assessment, ensuring that projects are efficiently executed and aligned with statistical guidelines.

Traditional census and survey management often rely on fragmented tools, leading to inefficiencies, delays, and challenges in coordination. The Census/Survey Project Management Toolkit addresses these issues by offering a centralized system that enhances collaboration automates workflows and ensures transparency throughout the census or survey cycle.

This application enables census planners, field officers, and data analysts to manage all aspects of a survey - from questionnaire design to data processing, dissemination, and post-survey evaluation while maintaining methodological consistency with internationally recognized guidelines.

Hosting Requirements

Hardware

  • 80GB or more storage

  • Operating System: Ubuntu 22.04 is strongly recommended (but not required)
  • PHP: Version 8.2 or later
  • Database: PostgreSQL (version 14 or later)
  • Web Server: nginx is preferred (but not required)

How to Get Started

The application is currently in development and will be deployed under the official domain (e.g., censusstats.uneca.org). For interim access and testing, contact the relevant department.
